Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including layouts for dock shelters.
